I've been in town for my heart check up today and met the very lovely and very competant Scottish Adult Congenital Heart team.  It was a bit dramatic getting to the appointmnet as ther was an accident on the motorway and we got held up in the traffic aftermath, but luckily it didn't seem to be too bad and I made the train in time.

En route back home I stopped off in town for some food.  The Christmas Market in George Square didn't have the best veggie offerings but I didn't think I'd get a better blip on such a dreich day so at least I got a blip out of it. 

The bougie bus home wasn't very bougie today and although the bus was on time, the driver was pretty late.  Got chatting with a lady from the village who goes to the yoga class who was on her way back from Aberdeen, so had some company on the way home which was nice.

Should be clear: all good on the heart front (or as good as you can be with a congential defect)
