Native to Mexico, we always have a Poinsettia in the house at Christmas, and this is all I have to offer today.

Lying in bed aggravates my cough and wheeze so got up and started on the Christmas and household chores at 8am. I’m so behind with everything. All the Christmas “food to order” that I had my eye on is sold out. By the time I checked out my online basket of three pairs of Christmas pjs, they’d all sold out. Ordered a few Christmas presents before they sell out! Dragged the Christmas tree into the house, spilt water everywhere and flooded the lounge. Tree still netted, will move furniture and release the beast tomorrow, not an easy task with a dodgy foot. Many other chores including medical phone calls, and a visit from the District Nurse. Time to put my feet up now and start watching the new series of The Crown.
