"Up Amongst the Pine Trees..."

....WHAT are you doing now Estelle, climbing trees and all..!

...Well, no, this is what it appears to be - from the 2nd storey of the unit where we are staying in South Australia, down at the beach...

...What we can see here is a cherry -picker, with crew, on the jetty at Glenelg, a lovely beachside suburb we go to often...

... Apparently, there is going to be some widening of the jetty deck to cover the sand pipe which runs alongside of the the deck. It is there for a reason - for sand to be pumped through from the ocean floor to replenish the beach sand..and now the pipe is to be covered..maybe for aesthetic value...who knows...

...The jetty is fairly wide now, and is used by many people from all over the world...
