COP28

As it was the last day of COP28 I attended the last daily Sit4Climate; we held hands during and had hugs all round at the end. I also did my allocated half hour slot planned for the end of COP at the chapel in Sacrista Prebend. I did decline the late arranged xmas drinks with the Newark XR group tonight.

From news soundbites I've managed to hear today it appears to have made very disappointing progress. The UK government minister attending COP28 was summoned back early to help our flailing government win a vote - priorities? Another nail in the coffin of the UKs reputation as a climate change management leader.
