My back is still really sore, but I managed a very slow walk to work. Work was painful and slow, and by the end, both my knees were clicking with every step, and I looked like I had just got off a horse.
Very glad of a rest in the afternoon.
Photo is off some grass protecting sheets that were put down for a scaffolding lorry.
On my waddle to work, the lorry was bogged down stuck. On my painful waddle home, the lorry had gone, but I somehow don’t think the grass will be great!
