Boris Bikes - in Oxford!

"If cycling were invented today, it would be hailed as a miracle cure" (Chief Medical Officer).

I'm passionate about cycling, and would dealy love for it to be the safe, healthy, ordinary activity it is in places like Denmark and the Netherlands.

So I was delighted to be part of a small step in that direction at the press launch of Oxonbike, a new bike hire scheme for the Headington area of Oxford. Yes it's small-scale, and yes it's long-awaited - but I really really hope it succeed, expands, and becomes as popular as Boris Bikes in London - here's hoping!
