Skye Day 1 - Back at Karinya

Ton, Herman and I traveled to Skye today. I got up at 4.30 and it took us around four hours to get to Schiphol, mostly due to traffic around Amsterdam.

The flight went well, albeit with a short delay. A problem when we got our luggage: Ton’s bag wasn’t there! After filling out the necessary paperwork, instead of going for our first shoot, we went shopping for some clothes so Ton can join in the fun of climbing hills and standing in rivers. Hopefully his bag will be delivered soon.

After groceries in Broadford, we arrived at Karinya: our home for the coming days. A Christmas tree included. It does feel like coming home: we were here a year ago as well.

Pizza for dinner and some deliberations to decide on a location for our first shoot and then it was time to sleep.
