Le Vicel - the welcome

Arrived in France very early so first stop was breakfast, and then some shopping.
A couple of hours took us to our friends’ house in Le Vicel. Much excitement at the Christmas gathering and a delicious welcome lunch.
Managed a bit of a walk on the coast in the afternoon but the weather was rather grey and damp.
But we were perked up again by pre dinner champagne and a delicious dinner.
