Blue Skies, Blue Feet

A beautiful blue sky day. We three went to Cascade Station for our weekly get together, and shopped. First thing I did was buy a new pair of walking boots and a pair of insoles. The very helpful clerk at the Shoe Mill spent so much time helping me, it was almost like the old days of service. However, he cautioned me to only wear the insoles for two hours the first day and to gradually increase the wearing time. But me? I blithely ignored that advice and wore them the rest of the morning, including walking through the entire Ikea store. I haven't had such sore feet in years. So I'll start over in a couple of days before deciding if I've gotten a good fit.
