Like a beacon in the storm

I noticed this pink sign beckoning yesterday.

Today the weather was just as gloomy, so I returned to check it out.

On Kensal Road, 'Cafe Pichi' (Pichi is the name of a small armadillo) is owned by a local woman and her daughter-in-law. They have only been open for two weeks.

I checked out the lovely mince pies and basked in the glow.
