First ever wedding cake complete!

So, so pleased with this! I’ve been preparing all week and today was the day to put it all together!

It looks wonderful! I could not be happier and the bride and groom are also happy with it!

The bottom tier is lemon sponge, with lemon curd and lemon Swiss meringue buttercream.

The top tier is vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.

Its log base really finishes it off along with all the other pretty winter flowers!
