Plastered!

Been a long day today. Rescheduled guitar lesson from a couple of weeks ago when I was sick, the carers partnership meeting with the LA, and then the project meeting that I chair, finally Beau and talking therapies. I haven't found it very useful this time. I think largely as the lady only does Thursday's so the sessions have been very strung out, but also I haven't connected with her or felt she really understood everything I said.

Well Safety had to go to the Elf Centre this morning as he managed to fall off his wrapping paper stilts yesterday when overreaching for the tape. He was told by the doctor to rest and has a precautionary dressing.
