Ready....

for the matting group's Christmas lunch tomorrow. Greta is hosting the lunch at her home and cooking it. Four of us went today to help with the preparations. Lots of veg peeling and chopping and the organising of crockery and cutlery! It all looked splendid when we left. I went home to make mince pies for post dinner tomorrow. Another lady is making the desserts. We usually go out for a lunch so this a new venture. We're totting up all the costs and then dividing it between the twelve of us participating. I think it will be a lot of fun and only cost us about £12 each including a little tipple for those who will like to indulge. Hopefully I'll remember to take a photo or two of the event tomorrow.
