Orchid

Well, I found my macro filter for my lens, dusted it off, read my camera manual on the subject and had a go!
I felt rather like Julesy did yesterday, I placed the orchid (with its two remaning flowers) on the floor, got positioned with my camera on its tripod, knocked the orchid flying and all its 'woody 'compost fell on the carpet, so I had to repot it and water it to weigh it down before starting again. This is the result!
