A singer with a song

Grey winter days generally don't inspire me to get my camera out. I normally look for interesting lighting or animals, and neither of those things tend to come out in the cold drizzle. This robin did, though, and sang so beautifully. 

We invited my parents over for dinner this evening to hand over some Christmas presents as we won't see them at Christmas and to pay them back for the many nice dinners they have given us. It was a really lovely evening, and my dad even enjoyed playing a board game!
