Say cheese

Another day in London. Today I had a blood test, CT scan and a few light nibbles.
I was a bit concerned about the breadth of  knowledge of the person looking after me for the scan. Scanner: "the infusion makes you feel like you want to urinate, it affects your bladder". Me: "I don't have a bladder,  they took it out". Scanner: "well, how do you go to the toilet?"
She might not know about plumbing, but she got me through the scan...
