As I drew the curtains this morning this scene greeted me
A busy day as it was our seniors Christmas rendezvous . We have crafts a testimony , quizzes tea coffee pastries mince pie and a Christmas dinner. All for £2-50. After lunch a sing-long- carol session.
It is a busy tiring but enjoyable day. I love being with the old folk. They are so interesting to talk too.
A power surge caused the lights to dip and in turn this tripped the fuse in the kitchen wheteaupon the dishwasher had a hissy fit and w3nt into drain mode. So we drained it and started over. That takes 30 mins to heat up. Tidied up and layec up for accords Christmas dinner tomorrow ans collapsed in the coffee shop with Sue and Mike who run the event.
