The Day After

I woke up in “mild side effect” mode this morning, after yesterday’s double vaccination.

Nothing dramatic - just the occasional shivers and muscle aches. Just as well I had kept my day completely free.

For context, I was in bed for 2 days after yellow fever vaccination a few years back.

It has given me time to read, including research for next week’s meal plan. Kale and chestnut soup sounds like fun.
