Crow Foraging In Leaves

Rain showers came in slowly off the North Sea to ruin the weather forecast. Again an umbrella required on the lunchtime walk at the start, and the rain stopped a lot quicker than on Tuesday. Sunny in Fife for a wee while, before a dark cloud slowly moved up the Firth of Forth to ruin the photograph. Fortunately a pair of crows were feeding in a wooded area, far too hungry to move away, so I managed a good photo of one of them foraging for food in the wet leaves.

The afternoon saw an important work meeting. A company reorganisation again.

Clouds clearing away revealed blue skies for the few minutes after the sun set on the afternoon walk. At this time of year, it doesn't take long to get pitch black, and there were just the vestiges of light in the sky, no orange afterglow. Wine Wednesday, so the end of the walk ended up at the local wine warehouse, handy being less than 100m from the house, for a couple of bottles of red wine.
