Shinglesea, Winchelsea Beach

Woke up this morning thinking will have a nice sunny day today and it was till I went down to Winchelsea beach to see how the poppies were coming on.
By then it had clouded over and now as I type this it is brightening up again! I love this little beach house made out of a couple of tram carriages it. The house and garden are on shingle, down a little shingle lane which a car could barely squeeze down. Usually if it's a sunny day the owners are sitting in their front garden proudly admiring their display of poppies and taking all the praise for their efforts from passersby.
