Yucca

I’ve hardly been out the last few days, the result of being alerted to a competition for a short play that I could enter. It was open to over 60s with no professional experience as a playwright, director or actor. Fortunately the closest I’ve come is a shortlisting in a regional comp 9 years ago. Pressed send at 5.

Then it was a stroll to the service station on the highway to blip this flowering yucca, spotted a couple of days ago.

K is back from Brisbane with no desire to sit through a Ring Cycle ever again.
