A quick walk this afternoon before the sun sets.

Care home visit went ok. Staff were friendly and seemed caring, rooms were spacious and airy, clean and tidy but not posh. But I am struggling to see J living there… though that’s probably that I would struggle to see
him living in any care home. The mountain climbing, scuba diving, skiing man I love doesn’t belong in a dementia nursing home age 63, except that’s the support he now needs.
