Festive Friend

Met this skinny fella at hospital today! :)

Glad I made the effort with a Christmas jumper as he was in a Santa hat and my physiotherapist was weaing fairy light socks!

Learnt some new exercises and have to talk to my GP about better painkillers to manage the pain from nerve damage and possibly borrow a TENS machine.

It's a long job trying to get my brain to relearn what my left ankle and foot should be doing...I never dreamt a small fall could cause such a lot of damage :(
