John (Dory)

For our wedding 'breakfast'  we went to Marcus Wareing's restaurant in the Berkley hotel, in Mayfair. The plan was to go back for our anniversary in July however he's recently announced he's closing on Boxing Day. Himself has been looking for cancellations and managed to get one for tonight.

It was as good as in the summer, and we were even served by the same, brilliant, waiter. When I told him why we were there he brought the extra out of the kitchen.

It's a shame it's closing but hopefully he'll open something else soon.
