I received pictures from someone in Baltimore. I’m delighted. 

I printed some calendars recently and noticed most of the pictures were a bit soft so I think I need to sharpen my pictures - edit and export with medium sharpening. 

Finland and Russia went in on some trains. But then Russia re-invaded Ukraine so Finland suspended service between the two countries. Then Russia’s train company couldn’t pay what it owed on the train venture. Now Finland has seized the trains. 

Russia had a rarely seen armored personnel carrier called the BTR-90. It was rarely seen because they didn’t make many because they weren’t great. They were developed in the early 1990s. They made fewer than a dozen. They have 8 wheels. The fact that they are being used is yet another sign that Russia is digging deep to get functional vehicles. This one was abandoned in a destroyed vehicle column. 

Russia is in a demographic disaster. Things weren’t going so well before the war, but then every male who could fled and many more have been lost to war. Russia is starting to try to make birth control and abortion difficult and demand for both surged after the 2022 invasion. It isn’t easy to protest in Russia but there have been some with signs saying, “no abortion, no sex.”
