Sibling Love

A super hot day for us down South, thunderstorms on the way apparently. Ben and Amelia enjoyed a muck about in the garden this evening, this was Amelia's attempt to make Ben laugh so he would fall off the football he was balancing on. She made me laugh, anyway.

Spent most of today sorting out 16 years worth of teaching paper work - great, cathartic fun. Chucked most of it, but I did enjoy reading my lesson observation reports from my first year of teaching - scrattily handwritten, most of them. They comment on the warm and friendly environment in my classroom and the need to be firmer about punctuality of students. I'm not sure I have moved on much.....
