Thai curry

... Very nearly ruined because I bought fresh parsley instead of coriander! They looked so similar but the smell gave it away as I was about to add the parsley. Quick dash to the co op to buy the coriander and dinner was saved. Now I know why I rarely bother to do proper cooking;)
