A good day followed by an interesting evening. There was a vague message last week from one of the tree nursery members to attend a venue at 5.30. We headed out with a few nibbles and a chilled white expecting to attend a meeting with an element of socialising. Perhaps it was, a tiny percentage of the five hours was about trees, the rest of the time was about eating, drinking and chatting. The atmosphere was lovely with interesting discussions taking place around the room and a variety of nibbles and bottles. Nobody felt inclined to leave for home - nibbles did us just fine.
