Lazy

Noo and I have had a pretty lazy day. ZQ went to work, and GravyC did ParkRun and some out and about-ing. I did do a run eventually - about 6 miles, but I haven’t done much else. I’ve had a headache all week and it’s finally shifted. Perhaps I was fighting off ZQ’s germs. He has a bad cold.

Strictly final was great and the result has my approval.

We are all having an early night as the boys are off to Twickenham tomorrow to watch rugby.
