A wild thistle

So I spotted this while out walking Benji, and thought it would make a lovely photo, however it was taken with my Canon Powershot rather than my bad boy Nikon.

Unfortunately I haven't yet mastered the art of walking the dog and using my Nikon!! Still, I thought it would be better than not posting anything today.

I hope to get out with Emma and the bad boy soon ;o) I'm desperate to try out all the tips you guys have given me over the last few days!

Oh, and I subscribed to Practical Photography magazine today and I've registered for the camera school. Really looking forward to starting, so thanks to the guys who recommended this to me :)
