Sub Tropical Snowman

Surreal it is. Standing in the garden of the Queensland Art Gallery within his own icy box, 'Snowman' (by artists Peter Fischli and David Weiss) continually melts a little and then refreezes, its expression slightly different every day. I stood in front of Snowman briefly in the 34C heat to take this quick photo, then dived back into the blissful chill inside the gallery. A tiny corner of Queensland can lay claim to a kind of white Christmas.
