If you think this record is about Layla, think again. In my opinion this is Eric Clapton's finest outing. It has blues, it has soul, it has pain, it has guitars, and it has Duane Allman as well as Eric. I've bought a copy for a doubting frend. I look forward to seeing the scales fall from his eyes.
