Our nativity service was held this morning, and, as last year, we had a variety of members of the original story, dressing as they wished and from a selection in the 'wardrobe department', kindly supplied by members. I chose to be a sheep and a modest flock was formed, cared-for by several shepherds.

The format was part-pantomime, with responses and part action as the key groups or individuals took the 'stage'. A mild hiatus arose when the anthem, Glory To God, was announced and a few of us, in costume, had to scuttle back to the choir stalls, then resume characters afterwards.

But it all went well. with laughs among the main message, as the photo will testify.
