New camera (and lens)

We went to Baltimore to do some shopping. We discovered a nice camera store there a couple of months ago. I got to try out the Canon R6 Mark II, which I planned to buy. My first full-frame SLR camera, the Canon 5D Mark II, died in the spring and is too old to get repaired, so it was time to upgrade to mirrorless.

I decided to get plenty of gear for this new camera. I got a 28-70 f/2 lens, four batteries, battery chargers, a protective filter, and an adapter to use my EF lenses with this camera. It was pricey, though I did get $500 rebates on both the body and lens.

I'm excited to try it out!
