Baking day

Today, H and I made these orange and ginger amaretti. They are light and soft - had to restrain ourselves and only ate one each. The rest are being saved. I think.

Have also started making biscotti with orange, almonds, and cranberries. It's a little more complex than I had noticed when I glanced at the recipe beforehand but I'm looking forward to it.

I do enjoy trying new things, when I have the time to relax into the process.
