Urban decay

In recent years many pubs have closed. You can only blame the councils and the breweries. The councils have raised the rates and the breweries charge a fortune for their beer. Until they see sense it will continue. Three of my locals have shut it the last few years, one has since re-opened, but the decline will carry on. Thought this looked a little more atmospheric in black and white.
