Spice Boy Meets Spice Girls

I was asked awhile ago to give a lecture on Pets as Therapy to a group of people that belong to a club called Spice.

Spice is a social meeting event for adults to get together and enjoy various activities from sports to meals to dances and lots of other great activities.

So Roo and I went off to do our talk and we gave blip a mention as we needed our picture for today.

Tomorrow I have a morning of training I've only done an hour a day so my ankles and feet will be killing me by lunchtime and they want me back in the evening to train too.

I had a slight meltdown today but I'm over it now, even GaGa has those moments!!!!
