Helping my sister move, these scooters are everywhere, but not always accompanied by the Hansel & Gretel trail leading you to the multiple trendy fast food options on offer. And Nandos.

My main job was photographing things for gumtree and trying to dissuade my brother-in-law from document shredding 40 years worth of paperwork. The shredder had got stuck so I joined him in hand ripping the paper instead until my sister redirected our energies. Packing up the kitchen tomorrow whic is more up my alley than disciplining errant in-laws. I did help him reduce the bookcases to one, but I failed to dissuade him from culling his huge bag of maps (his Parkinson’s means he’ll never hike again), or the two massive cake tins of random screws.

They’re moving to a tiny apartment (my sister has physical disabilities and couldn’t cope with the large one), so severe culling is in order! And it all needs to be gone by Boxing Day, when the painters arrive. He’s reluctant to chuck anything so we’ve come up with a new code where Salvos means charity and Vinnies means the tip!
