Trees in fairmilehead Park

The morning started off ok. A bit of sunshine. The shadows are incredibly long at this time of year. The houses behind me resulting in castellated shadows across the trees. Did a bit of last minute Christmas shopping after coffee.

After lunch, a walk down to Morningside to get weekend groceries, and pick up a couple more presents. The before coffee walk is very dark as heavy clouds have moved in, and the sun sets a twenty to four. Quiet evening, watched the Strictly final, then the last episode of Shetland..
