Alpine skiing day. Most guests will arrive at Christmas or shortly afterwards. So the slopes are perfectly prepared and empty. Again P. well ahead of me. Almost alone.

What is better to end such a day with a cheese fondue. Tired, suntanned, some muscles are aching.
