A trip to Wooler this morning to catch up with Mum and my siblings, stayed and had lunch with Mum. A little grocery shopping on my way home then a walk along the prom before it got dark. Made a Pan Haggerty for tea…lots of leftovers for tomorrow! I didn’t have any carrots so put a leek in instead, it’s rather yummy.
