Works night out

Up Carlton Hill early this morning as J needed to get back to do an early works interview. Boring day doing paperwork and finding more issues that will need to be fixed. Made Darwin’s birthday cake this afternoon as he will be 3 tomorrow. Fed them early and headed up town to meet the rest of the team from work for the team’s Christmas night out. Booked Dishoom for the Christmas feast which was awesome. One guy didn’t show up that I was expected and he hadn’t bothered to tell me and someone else turned up I wasn’t expecting. Unfortunately there was some train cancelations so EF couldn’t make it either. Great food as always and the new VP even gave us a donation to the meal which was nice of him. Managed to get a big table in the Conan Doyle pub for a couple of drink before everyone needed to get trains home.
