Spider skin

I don't know what species of spider inhabited this skin but it was already reasonably large and I think quite fresh as it seemed to be intact and I hadn't noticed it before. It was at my head height in the pencil pine.

I haven't been mucking in to the optional Christmas theme but this one is a bit green and red.
