Dr Who?

H and her Mum are getting a display ready for the annual village flower festival. The theme is books, I think they have decided on an Author, one of our favourites. Our house has been a hive of creating, printing, gluing, making, laminating and general business. It'll be a cracker they are very inventive.

Good rehearsal last night (if you can call sitting about in a hall with three friends drinking beer, laughing a lot and playing a few songs a rehearsal ;)). We are as ready as we can be, it'll be fun on Saturday evening.

The under 10's cricket team beat Thriplow last night, a very good result indeed. Alf, Stan and Joe played for the under 11's tonight, hard ball, pads, helmets, proper stuff. Another thrilling match which ended up in a nail biting draw. Well played boys.
