alarm set for 5.45 and then were off for a much shorter walk this morning to the rec, it was really stuffy and close out there though. back by 6.30am, breakfast, shower and out. Train to Brum and some work along the way in my locomotive office!

a list of things to do today, and i was determined to get through the list. calls, meetings, reports, emails, done, and done again! a very good and productive day!

homeward bound and another 40 mins work on my locomotive office. into Derby, and a reasonable journey home. Update on Aunty is that she's hopefully finally now getting the right treatment...albeit 13 days after she went to hospital....

nice sirloin steak for tea, and i between phonecalls, time for a little potter in the garden with my macro lens... this was just a week to me, and i could barely spot the insects until i saw through my macro lens. blimey, it looks busy on that stem and it looks like all one way traffic....for the underpass!
