Jul book club meeting

A lovely get together again where we talked about several books of Pearl s.Buck. I read the Good Earth again, and I listen with great interest to her biography of the last Empress. I so love her style of writing and still love to learn about the culture of the old imperial China. Although all this is history now and probably unknown to the generation of my daughter.
