Filming Family

Today I had a Christmas Lunch at a lovely country pub with my Filming Family. My friend Matt owns an Armoury / SFX business and often refers me for work and vice versa. We met on a medieval parody film six years ago and bonded over the traumatic experience.

Our working relationship has grown stronger every year and we are now great friends along with his lovely team and their other halves. Not to mention all the woofers too !!

We ventured to Norfolk to visit some studios in March then to Snowdonia in May, Chatham Docks in October and his studios in November and December. Next year foreign shores maybe on the map… we will see if it works out.

It was lovely to be invited to join the team Christmas lunch as a guest. I took along novelty dog and cat tree decorations for the ‘pet parents’, healthy dog treats for big Bear and a Movie Quiz for the Hoomans.

The quiz was such a giggle and it turns out 6ft 5 burly armourers watch a lot of Disney cartoons!!
