Oh I say everybody, thanks so much for visiting on my 11 year anniversary.  It made the day very special for me - and I still don't quite know where those years have gone.  

I've met so many blippers, and looked at a million photos, and ... every single one of them is unique and beautiful.

And back to the present - I am not a fan or wild birds being kept as pets.  But this one was born in captivity and her owner has had her since a very small fledgling.  It's clear the Lori thinks she has a human mum.  And - it's a delight to see them close up.
