Christmas Village
Christmas preparations continue with more mince pies and another gluten free cake baked. More lists are made and the house is gradually transformed with clutter put away and rooms prepared for our Christmas visitors. And - least pleasant event of the day - I have the stitches from my biopsies taken out. Still, at least it’s done!
While most of us make an effort to add a little festive sparkle to our homes, our neighbours Rob and Terry turn their house into a Christmas wonderland each year. Terry simply loves Christmas, and their cellar is full of labelled boxes of stored thematic decorations.
This year, the hall of their large Edwardian house displays a magical Christmas village, lovingly constructed over several months and now lit up in all its glory. Todays’s blip is just one scene from the extravaganza, with a collage of others in extras.
