A new spot of water

We have found water staining in another room, it is under an area where we know water has been running down, so not unexpected but we now have it in three different rooms that will need to be painted. 

NHBC have said they are going to cover the claim but we have no idea how long it will take to get the work sorted.  I am sure it will go on a while yet and then we will have to put up with the roof being taken off part of the house.  It is quite a small patch so hopefully it will dry out once it stops raining.
